I am a BACP registered counsellor offering individual counselling for adults from an established shared practice in Chorlton, South Manchester. I also work online using Zoom.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety or depression, struggling with difficult life events, or unhappy with aspects of your life or relationships and finding it hard to make changes, counselling can provide a space to explore what’s happening and find a way forward.
I can work with you to more clearly map out where you are and how you’d like things to be different, while supporting and encouraging you to be curious about the nature of your problems and their effect on you.
Working in counselling can involve exploring emotional reactions, paying attention to relationship patterns, considering personal values and meaning, and reflecting on difficult experiences, among many other possibilities.
My counselling meetings are 50 minutes long and I usually meet weekly with clients at a regular time, although flexibility around frequency or timing of meetings can be arranged. Each 50-minute session costs £50, with a limited number of concessionary spaces available for people on low incomes.
My working hours for in-person meetings at Counselling Rooms are Thursday & Sunday daytimes. My working hours for online meetings via Zoom are Monday evenings and Tuesday & Friday daytimes. For currently available times, please check my website.
If you would like to discuss working together or any questions you may have before booking a first session, I offer a 20-minute initial meeting, in-person or via Zoom, without charge. Alternatively, I’m happy to answer any questions by email.Tags: Integrative Therapy, Person Centred Counselling, Psychotherapy Posted by
